How to cook

  • 1.Put in

    Put the margarine for cakes in a bowl.

  • 2.Stir

    Stir with a whisk until smooth.

  • 3.Put in

    Sift the sugar and add it in several parts.

  • 4.Stir

    Stir with a whisk until the sugar is evenly mixed in.

  • 5.Stir

    In other bowl,add the eggs and mix well.
    **Mix quickly by first cutting the whites with chopsticks and then mixing them in.

  • 6.Stir

    Mix well until the mixture becomes silky when grabbed with chopsticks.

  • 7.Stir

    Whisk to combine,adding the eggs in several times to keep them from separating.

  • 8.Put in

    Sift the weak flour into a bowl.

  • 9.Stir

    Mix gently with a whisk like cutting.

  • 10.Place

    Place a large piece of plastic wrap,and place the dough on top of wrap.

  • 11.Into fridge

    Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  • 12.Melt

    Place a foil cup on an oven tray and place one candy ball in the tray. Place in an oven without preheating and warm at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 to 6 minutes to melt.

  • 13.Break up

    After the melted candy has cooled,beat it with a rolling pin to crush it. Wrap the crushed candy in plastic wrap.

  • 14.Roll out

    Take out the chilled dough from the fridge. Place the dough on a clean floured table and roll it out with a rolling pin until it is about 5 mm.

  • 15.Cut out shape

    Cut out the dough with a large mold and cut out the center of the dough with a smaller mold.

  • 16.Bake

    Place the dough on a tray and put them in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 6 minutes,then put out them.

  • 17.Put in

    Place crushed candy in the center hole of the cookies.
    *Place the finely crushed candy in the thin part of the cookie hole.

  • 18.Bake

    Put the tray in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes and it is done.
