1.Stir
Put the melted margarine for cakes and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
2.Put in
Add the pancake mix,eggs and milk.
3.Stir
Stir carefully with a spatula until there are no lumps,using the spatula to cut or press the flour.
4.Roll out
Sprinkle the flour on a clean table and place the dough on it. Using a rolling pin,roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm.
5.Cut out shape
Place the stretched dough on a sheet of kitchen paper and unmold it using a store-bought doughnut mold.

Gently remove the doughnut-shaped dough.
*If the dough is sticky,adjust by mixing flour into the dough.
7.Deep fry
Heat a pan of oil and deep fry at 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown on the underside.
8.Drain off
After lifting the donuts from the oil,place them on a mesh or other surface to drain the oil
9.Decorate
Spread with melted chocolate,sprinkle with shaved coconut,or decorate and you're ready to go.
