[tsp] means a teaspoon, which is roughly a 5 ml(about 1/6 fl oz) portion.

[tbsp] means a tablespoon, which is roughly a 15 ml(roughly 1/2 fl oz) portion.

[g] denotes weight, 100g is roughly 3.5 oz.

cm

[cm] denotes length, 2inches is roughly 5 cm.

How to cook

  • 1.Stir

    Put the margarine for cakes and sugar in a bowl and use a whisk to crush the margarine and mix it with the sugar.

  • 2.Stir

    Stir well with a whisk to make it smooth.

  • 3.Stir

    Add the beaten eggs little by little and mix well so they don't separate.

  • 4.Stir

    Add the rum and stir well.

  • 5.Put in

    Put the flour and baking powder in other bowl.

  • 6.Put in

    Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the margarine for cakes,sugar,eggs,and rum.

  • 7.Stir

    Stir well to make it smooth.

  • 8.Spread

    Spread a thick layer of margarine for cakes to the inside of the mold.

  • 9.Pour

    Pour the dough into the mold.

  • 10.Remove air

    Once all the dough is in the mold,hold the mold firmly with both hands and tap the bottom of the mold to remove air from the dough.

  • 11.Remove air

    Removed air from the dough,the surface of the dough becomes flat.

  • 12.Bake

    Place the mold on a tray and place it in an oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes and it's done.
