[g] denotes weight, 100g is roughly 3.5 oz.

[ml] denotes volume, 1 fl oz is roughly 30 ml (29.57ml).
1.Stir
Whisk together the margarine for cakes and the sugar.
2.Put in
Sift the weak flour into a bowl.
3.Stir
Stir by pressing to mix well.
4.Stir
Add the beaten eggs little by little and mix to form a dough.
5.Stir
Stir well to incorporate the eggs.
6.Stir
Add the milk little by little and mix so it doesn't separate. After mixing,pass the dough through a sieve to more smooth.
7.Into fridge
Cover with plastic wrap and place into the fridge for about an hour until sticky.
8.Bake
Heat a frying pan over low heat and pour about a ladleful of dough into it.
*This is approximately 18-20cm in diameter.
9.Bake
Rotate the pan to spread the dough evenly.
10.Bake
When you hear a sizzling sound and steam comes out from the small holes on the surface of the dough,turn it over.
11.Bake
Bake the other side well,then carefully remove it and place it on a plate. Repeat to bake 8 to 10 crepes.
Tips
After the baked crepes have cooled down,place them in the fridge to cool for about 30 minutes.
12.Put in
Put the fresh cream and sugar into an other bowl.
13.Stir
Stir the fresh cream until about 90%.(like the cream horns standing)
14.Spread
Spread fresh cream on the crepe to the same thickness as the crepe. After spreading the fresh cream,place the crepe on that.
*Please repeat this step.
15.Into fridge
Once you put the last crepe on top,cover it with plastic wrap and let put in fridge for about 30 minutes and it's done.
