How to cook

  • 1.Cut vegetable

    Cut the garlic into rings.

  • 2.Cut vegetable

    Cut the onions into thin slices.

  • 3.Stir-fry

    Heat enough vegetable oil to submerge the garlic in a frying pan,and stir-fry over medium heat.

  • 4.Stir-fry

    When the garlic turns a light brown color,remove it from the pan and the fried garlic is ready.

  • 5.Cut meat

    Cut the pork block into pieces about 1cm thick slices.

  • 6.Stir-fry

    Spread the pork in an oiled frying pan and sprinkle with pepper. Stir-fry over medium heat.

  • 7.Stir-fry

    When the pork starts to cook,add the mint and onions.

  • 8.Stir-fry

    When the mint and onions are soft and the pork is cooked,add the garlic soy sauce.

  • Tips

    Garlic soy sauce
    A simple and delicious seasoning made by cutting 10 cloves of garlic and soaking them in 500ml of soy sauce for a week.

  • 9.Stir-fry

    Turn up the heat to high,stir-fry briefly,and it's done. If the taste is not enough,please add garlic soy sauce to taste.
