How to cook

  • 1.Mash

    Mash room temperature cream cheese.

  • 2.Stir

    Add the sugar little by little and mix with a whisk.

  • 3.Stir

    Add the sour cream,press to mash it,and once it's mixed,stir well.

  • 4.Put in

    Add the egg yolk.

  • 5.Stir

    Stir with a whisk.

  • 6.Stir

    Add the fresh cream little by little while stirring.

    Finally,add lemon juice and mix well to make cheese cream.
