Broad bean paste

Broad bean paste is a Sichuan fermented seasoning made by fermenting Broad beans, soybeans, sesame oil, chili peppers, and other ingredients.

Sweet soybean paste

Sweet soybean paste is a fermented seasoning made by fermenting wheat flour, salt and malted rice, and adding sugar and spices.

How to cook

  • 1.Cut vegetable

    Remove the turnip leaves and cut only the part of the stem closest to the roots to a length of about 3 cm.

  • 2.Wash vegetable

    It has soil on it,so wash it thoroughly under running water.

  • 3.Peel skin

    Peel the turnips.

  • 4.Cut vegetable

    Cut the turnips into pieces slightly smaller than bite-sized pieces.

  • 5.Stir-fry

    Heat a frying pan and fry the minced meat over medium heat.

  • 6.Stir-fry

    When the minced meat changes color a little,add the broad bean paste,sweet soybean paste,and grated ginger. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • 7.Stir-fry

    Add the turnip leaves. Stir-fry so that it mixes with the minced meat.

  • 8.Stir-fry

    When the turnip leaves become soft,add the turnips and stir-fry.

  • 9.Stir-fry

    Once the turnips are cooked,turn up the heat to high and stir-fry until the turnips are soft.
    *If the turnips are hard,return to medium heat and stir-fry.
