How to cook

  • 1.Cut vegetable

    Cut pumpkin (1/8) in thirds,then slice into thin strips.
    *It is hard,so handle the knife carefully.

  • 2.Cut vegetable

    Cut the green beans into rounds about 3 cm wide.

  • 3.Cut meat

    Cut the bacon into pieces about 3 cm wide.

  • 4.Steam

    Cover with plastic wrap and place in microwave to help the pumpkin cook through.

  • 5.Steam

    Microwave at 600w for 2 minutes.
    *Microwave time and power may vary by manufacturer,so adjust accordingly.

  • 6.Steam

    *Steam in the microwave until a toothpick easily passes through the pumpkin.

  • 7.Stir-fry

    Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and saute bacon and green beans. When the bacon releases its oil,add the garlic,salt,and pepper.

  • 8.Stir-fry

    Once pumpkin is added,turn heat to high. Saute quickly until all of the pumpkin is coated with oil.

  • 9.Dress with

    Turn off the heat and add the mayonnaise. Stir well so that all the flavors are well blended.
