How to cook

  • 1.Cut vegetable

    Cut the pumpkin into about 3 cm squares.
    *The pumpkin is hard,so do not cut your hand with the knife.

  • 2.Peel skin

    Once cut into pieces,peel them one by one.

  • 3.Peel skin

    Finish as shown in the photo.

  • 4.Steam

    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600w for about 10 minutes.
    *Microwave time and power may vary by manufacturer,so adjust accordingly.

  • 5.Cut vegetable

    Chop the onion into small pieces.

  • 6.Put in

    Add mayonnaise to the baby sardines.

  • 7.Stir

    Stir well.

  • 8.Mash

    Mash the pumpkin.
    *Please don't mash it finely,but mash it coarsely.

  • 9.Stir-fry

    When the vegetable oil is warm in the frying pan,add the onion and fry it lightly.

  • 10.Put in

    Add the sauteed onion to the mashed pumpkin.

  • 11.Stir

    Stir the pumpkin and onions so that they are evenly mixed.

  • 12.Make shape

    Take enough pumpkin to fit in one hand. Mix the pumpkin and make a hollow in the center,then add the seasoned baby sardines and mayonnaise.

  • 13.Make shape

    Make shape the shirasu and mayonnaise by wrapping it in the pumpkin.

  • 14.Dip

    Coat with flour,then dip in egg,and finally in breadcrumbs.

  • 15.Deep fry

    Heat oil and deep fry at 180 degrees for about 3 minutes and drain the oil,serve it.
