How to cook

  • 1.Cut fish

    Cut the fish in half.

  • 2.Cut vegetable

    Cut carrots into thin strips.

  • 3.Cut vegetable

    Cut green bell pepper into thin strips.

  • 4.Grate

    Grate the ginger into a bowl.

  • 5.Stir

    Put in the grain vinegar and sugar in a bowl.

  • 6.Make the broth

    Crush 1 clove of garlic and put in a bowl.

  • 7.Make the broth

    Put dried chili pepper as it is,add water and mix well.

  • 8.Drain off

    Carefully wipe off any water on the mackerel with kitchen paper.

  • 9.Drain off

    Finish as shown in the photo.

  • 10.Simmer

    After adding the cut mackerel and vegetables,pour in the simmering broth.

  • 11.Simmer

    Simmer over low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes,then it is ready to serve.
