tsp

Mirin
Mirin is a weakly sweet seasoning similar to sake, made from Japanese distilled spirits and rice malt. It used to adding sweetness, shine, and luster to food.
Miso
It's fermented seasoning made by adding salt and rice malt to grains such as soybeans, rice, or wheat. Miso commonly used in Japan is not spicy or strongly sweet, and differs from the miso used in other Asian countries.
Sake
Sake is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting and straining rice, rice malt, and water, and is often used in cooking. When sake is used for cooking, cheap sake with weak aroma and sweetness is better.
Mentsuyu
This soup is used for Japanese noodles and is made mainly of soy sauce, Japanese soup stock, sake, mirin and sugar. Generally, 'Mentsuyu' called in Japan is ready-made products that is double or triple concentration. When using 'Mentsuyu', it is diluted with water.
1.Make the marinade
Well mix miso paste,grated garlic,sake,mirin,mentsuyu,and dried red peppers cut into rounds.
2.Marinate
Put the pre-cooked pork small intestine and garlic shoots cut into 3 cm pieces into the marinade,mix well,and let marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
3.Stir-fry
Put vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and when the pan is warm,add the marinated pork small intestine.
4.Stir-fry
Turn the heat up to medium high and stir-fry until the pork small intestine is browned.
