tbsp

[tbsp] means a tablespoon, which is roughly a 15 ml(roughly 1/2 fl oz) portion.

How to cook

  • 1.Remove the fish bones

    Remove the backbone with a knife in the same way as you would cut a fish into three pieces.

  • 2.Remove the fish bones

    Remove small bones with fish bone remover tweezers.

  • 3.Neutralizes the smell

    Pour boiling water over the deboned mackerel until the surface turns white. The smell of the fish will be removed by dipping it in the boiling water.
    *Be careful not to burn yourself!

  • 4.Cut fish

    Cut mackerel into bite-size pieces. This is the end of the preparation of mackerel.

    Cut potatoes and carrots into dice. Cut the onion into slices.

    Put the chopped vegetables,whole tomatoes,consommé,salt,and water,and simmer over medium heat.

    Once the water starts to boil,frequently remove the lye that floats to the surface. Keep the heat on medium.

  • 8.Put in

    Turn the heat to low and carefully put in the mackerel cut into bite-sized pieces so that the fish meat does not fall apart.

  • 9.Simmer

    Simmer the mackerel over low heat.

  • 10.Simmer

    In a small pot,Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil,then boil the broccoli for garnish.
